At INFINITYZONE, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations, and returning it should be just as easy as buying it

 




At INFINITYZONE, we strive to make your shopping experience smooth, seamless, and worry-free. If a product isn’t exactly right, our dedicated team is here to assist you every step of the way.

Eligibility for Return

All products sold on INFINITYZONE are eligible for return unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page.

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return due to their nature, including but not limited to:

  • Software licenses or digital products
  • Hygiene-sensitive items
  • Custom-assembled or made-to-order products

INFINITYZONE reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange request that does not meet the conditions outlined in our return policy.


Conditions for Returning a Product

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Be in their original packaging, sealed and unopened
  • Include all original accessories, manuals, and the product box
  • Be reported within 3 days of delivery if damaged or missing items

Products that are missing parts, damaged due to misuse, or not in resellable condition may be rejected unless found to be defective.

Important Note:
We kindly request customers to pack returned items securely. Any damage caused during return shipping due to improper or insufficient packaging may result in the return being declined. For best protection and safe handling, we strongly recommend returning the product in its original packaging.

 

Returning In-Store

If you visit the INFINITYZONE Customer Care Center, our team will inspect the product on the spot. Once the item is verified and meets our return conditions, your return or refund will be processed immediately, ensuring a quick and hassle-free experience.


Returning via Courier

If you prefer to return your item via courier, please follow the steps below:

  1. Submit a return request through the Order History page in your INFINITYZONE account.
  2. Our returns team will contact you within 24 hours to review and validate your request.
  3. Once approved, a courier pickup will be arranged to collect the item from your location.

Our goal is to make the return process simple, quick, and stress-free for you.


Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery:

  • Products explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page
  • Items with tampered or missing serial numbers, incomplete packaging, or signs of heavy usage
  • Software, digital downloads, hygiene-related items, and custom-assembled configurations
  • Special products ordered via quotation and approved by the customer
  • Activated products, including but not limited to Apple, Bose, and Beats devices

INFINITYZONE reserves the right to reject any return request that does not comply with the above conditions.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order directly from your INFINITYZONE user account before it has been shipped.

If the cancellation option is not available, please contact us as soon as possible via live chat, phone, Whatsapp or email, and our support team will assist you accordingly.


Refund Policy

If an order is canceled before shipment, the refund will be processed within 1 working day.

For returned items, refunds will be processed within 3–7working days after the return is approved and the product passes inspection.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, as outlined below:

  • Cash Payments: Refunded immediately at our store
  • Credit/Debit Cards: Processed within 5–7 business days
  • Bank Transfers: Processed within 3–5 business days

Please note that refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Who Covers Return Shipping?

  • If the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, INFINITYZONE will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for:
    • Return shipping charges
    • Any applicable import duties or fees

For UAE customers, the above charges related to import duties and fees do not apply.
